About You
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and has a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be sociably confident, and have a cheerful approach. Previous experience in the leisure or customer service industry is essential, as well as your ability to use computer systems and hold an Emergency First Aid Qualification.
In this role, you will work closely with others to create a safe and enjoyable environment for all activities, including coaching and supervising guests in various exciting watersports.
Additional responsibilities will include overseeing the hire of equipment, operating the till, providing lake safety cover, handling payments, and maintaining our adventure golf hut and course.
Vacancy Information
This is a fixed-term contract until 28th September 2025. You will be contracted to work 90 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis.
