About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team at Intuit Inc.

As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll work closely with customers, employees, and regulatory bodies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Responsibilities:

You will oversee customer concerns related to bank feed services provided by Intuit Ireland.

Interact with external regulatory bodies and prepare for audits.

Complete required analysis and reporting to identify trends in complaints data and drive resolution.

Review draft communications to customers and the Financial Services & Pensions Ombudsman.

Collaborate with outsourced partners to ensure they follow correct processes when handling complaints.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer-facing complaints and compliance processes.

Proactively track the status of complaints.

Conduct routine complaint and process audits, leading with compliance.

Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and deliver projects as required.

Manage possible and confirmed systemic issues.

Influence supporting teams for timely and appropriate customer and employee pain resolution across complaints, escalations, investigations, and incidents.
