Senior Project Development Manager

A high-growth technology company is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead projects from early-stage prototype through to high-volume mass manufacture.
The ideal candidate will act as the central coordinator across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of innovative connected devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects from concept to production.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contract manufacturers, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear, regular communication.
- Oversee manufacturing readiness and transition to mass production.
- Monitor project health, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years' experience in technical project management for connected IoT device development.
- Strong understanding of embedded software, electronics, and mechanical design.
- Proven track record in delivering certified wireless products into mass production.
- Experience with PLM tools, and Jira/Confluence.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
