Job Overview

The University Hospital Waterford is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager 2 (Bed Management) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Flow Management
  • Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges in accordance with hospital policies
  • Ensure effective use of hospital beds through visual management and patient pathway monitoring
Leadership and Communication
