The Role of Commercial Property Portfolio Manager is a pivotal position within our organisation. As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for driving product management, strategic planning, and revenue generation initiatives. Your key objectives will include ensuring client satisfaction and compliance across our expanding portfolio.

  • Product Management / Revenue Generation:
    • Set budgets and strategic plans to ensure objectives are achieved, utilising financial forecasts and actuals to inform decision making.
    • Implement agreed strategies within various business areas.
    • Analyse underperforming products, develop remediation plans, and implement changes as required.
    • Review existing product offerings against competitors, assessing rating competitiveness, product features, and customer experience feedback.
    • Identify potential new additional covers and revenue generation opportunities.
    • Monitor NB conversion and renewal retention KPI's, conducting account performance reviews and communicating results to senior teams.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Property Portfolio Manager will maintain strong relationships with all business partners, agree strategic plans, and review regular progress. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate records and tracking market trends.
  • Acting as a product manager and setting rating structures.
  • Reviewing product offering features and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • CIP qualification.
  • Previous experience managing a large commercial property portfolio.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel.
