Project Manager - Analytical Services

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the coordination and management of designated GMP analytical service projects. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for ensuring project requirements are understood and agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates client portfolio, guaranteeing project requirements are comprehensively understood and agreed upon.
  • Facilitates information flow to all partners (Client, Labs, Quality Department, Sample Management, and Business Development).
  • Operational Project Management: shipment inspection review, login authorization, login verification, COA setup, QA submission, stability studies, and sample disposal approvals.
  • Forecasts activities, new work/projects, and handles contracts (FTE, fixed price, Unit cost).
  • Presents and communicates effectively with clients, manages internal communication with Labs, Sample Management, and Quality Department.
  • Responsible for projections and accurate invoicing, coordinates with Finance for billing and invoicing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Science (chemistry or biochemistry preferably).
  • At least 3 years experience in a project management related position within a laboratory, CRO/contract lab, or clinical setting.
  • Experience working in a GMP Laboratory environment/Analytical laboratory.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills with diverse groups of people.
  • Proficient in project KPIs and metrics, strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions
  • Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people.
  • Able to work upright and stationary and/or standing for typical working hours.
  • Able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to work in non-traditional work environments.
  • Might be exposed to potentially hazardous elements, including infectious agents.
Degree and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher level in Science (chemistry or biochemistry).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in project management related position.
