Accommodation Manager Job Overview

The successful Accommodation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel's accommodation department.

  • Maintains exceptional standards of housekeeping, ensuring rooms are inspected to the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance is reported promptly.
  • Collaborates closely with the front office team to ensure accurate room status communication.
  • Ensures all maintenance requests are clearly communicated to the Maintenance Team.
  • Handles guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensures that the office, linen room, floor storage areas, and trolleys are maintained in a neat and organized condition.
  • Enforces procedures for the acceptance, security, and return of guest lost property.
  • Conducts inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment as required.
  • Orders and receives supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Inspects and maintains public areas and Reception.
