We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to help them achieve their goals.

Your primary goal will be to enhance the functional abilities of our patients, enabling them to perform daily activities with independence and confidence. To accomplish this, you will work closely with physicians, clinical managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Job Description
  • Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders.
  • Develop effective treatment plans that address patients' needs and goals.
  • Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care, utilizing evidence-based practices and professional expertise.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants in delivering clinical services and interacting with staff, patients, and family members.
  • Communicate patient progress, problems, and plans with physicians, clinical managers, and other healthcare team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state(s) where services are provided.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
  • High emotional intelligence, problem-solving, analytical, and critical evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and proficiency in technology.
