About Our Home Health Nursing Role:

We are seeking skilled General Nurses to fill community care positions in a dynamic and supportive environment. This opportunity allows nurses to develop their skills and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Nurse-led wound management in clinic and home settings
  • Diabetes education and support
  • Incontinence assessment and management
  • Nursing assessments for chronically ill or disabled patients
  • Oncology support and end-of-life care
  • Nursing assessments for home care supports

Requirements:

  • Access to own transport required for travel around the area
  • Work authorisation is mandatory
  • RGN registration with NMBI
  • Community nursing experience desirable
  • Excellent wound care expertise
