Pharmaceutical Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the technical aspects of our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for vaccine drug substance and/or drug product processes, including person-in-plant support within the manufacturing facility
- Support Water Runs, Equipment shakedown runs, Engineering Runs, and Process Performance Qualification (PPQ)
- Collaborate across multiple technical functions to ensure successful support and commercial manufacture
- Author process change control documentation and technical communications
- Provide technical oversight and management for complex partnership models
- Provide guidance to external partners, assess technology viability, and verify adherence to standards
- Lead team identification and assessment of partner risks and develop mitigation plans
- Provide manufacturing process support to resolve production issues and optimize capacity
- Support investigations and provide technical review of external partner process changes
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or applicable Science required, advanced degree preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, engineering, and/or technical support of operations required
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills required
