- Contribute to the development of high-quality services provided to a portfolio of clients.
- Proactively deliver outstanding Audit, Accounting, and Tax Compliance services to clients.
- Supervise and develop trainees within the team to foster growth and excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Part/Qualified Accountant with experience in an SME or large practice environment.
- Strong technical understanding of audit and accounting principles.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills are necessary for this role.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer literacy skills are required.
