Dx Command Center Product Leader

We seek a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of the roadmap for our cloud platform enabling IoT product support capabilities.
The ideal candidate will be attuned to customer needs in veterinary medicine, with experience using diagnostic products.
Key Responsibilities:- Define problem statements and product vision + strategy
- Maintain product backlog by conducting continuous product discovery, aligning with Commercial teams on product financial and strategic goals, knowing product users and operations, and monitoring product performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide ROI assessments for projects and understand when to make tradeoffs in investing between projects and features
- Bring on-the-ground feedback into product backlog with long-term strategy in mind
- Prioritize continuous improvement and deliver on open items in product backlogs with planned release schedule
- Lead collaboration by guiding empowerment, assigning team level Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), working effectively with other functions within our organization, identifying and leveraging team members to come up with creative solutions
