Job Title: Global Diagnostics Product Manager

We are seeking a skilled product manager to lead the development and execution of our roadmap for Dx Command Center, a cloud platform that enables IoT product support capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining problem statements, prioritizing product backlogs, and driving innovation through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct continuous product discovery to inform product development decisions
  • Align with commercial teams on product financial and strategic goals
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of veterinary needs and best practices within animal hospitals
  • Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide ROI assessments for projects and understand when to make trade-offs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong background in support platforms and/or IoT-enabled products preferred
  • Medical device experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business
  • Proven ability to engage with SMEs and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
