As a key member of our diagnostics team, we are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Graduate Field Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing frontline technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Performing planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assisting with hardware and software upgrades and documentation to maintain accuracy.
  • Supporting installations and deinstallations of medical equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating closely with laboratory staff and healthcare professionals to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Traveling within designated service areas to deliver exceptional client care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Robotics.
  • OR A Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechanics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills to drive results.
  • Superb communication skills (verbal and written) to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with analytical tools/software.
