Our global healthcare leader is seeking a skilled and ambitious Field Service Engineer/Technical Service Specialist to join its core diagnostics team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Perform planned and predictive maintenance on diagnostic instruments.
- Assist with hardware and software updates and documentation.
- Support installations and deinstallations of medical equipment.
- Collaborate with lab staff and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Travel within the service area to support clients.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Robotics, or a related field.
- OR A Trade Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechanics.
