Scientific Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our European Implementation Team. This role will be based in Ireland and will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and problems.
  • Train customers on the operational performance and data quality of systems.
  • Develop commercial awareness through cross-functional support of the business to increase growth opportunities and demonstrate innovative solutions and new products for the market.

As a Scientific Solutions Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that shares methodologies, mentors, and receives expert technical support. You will have the opportunity to develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, company products, tools, and team.

The ideal candidate will have a University Scientific degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays. They will also possess the ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis to ensure customer needs are fulfilled, as well as the ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography.
