Product Manager - Diagnostic Platform

We are seeking a seasoned product manager to lead the development and execution of the roadmap for our cloud platform enabling IoT product support capabilities.

Job Description:

The Product Manager is accountable for the products assigned and will own the product roadmap, vision, and strategy from cradle to grave. They will incorporate inputs from subject matter experts on a cross-functional product team to define problem statements and prioritize product backlogs.

  • Define Problem Statements and Product Vision + Strategy
    • Conduct continuous product discovery through experimentation and customer conversations to inform product development decisions.
    • Align with commercial teams on product financial and strategic goals.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of veterinary needs and best practices within animal hospitals.
    • Monitor product performance and key performance indicators.
    • Provide ROI assessments for projects and understand when to make tradeoffs between projects and features.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills to guide a cross-functional team in product break-fix needs, constant maintenance, performance improvements, and delivering enhancements and new innovations.
