Project Coordination Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for non-contract enquiries, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer service
  • Participate in pre-sales calls and site visits, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Review and verify technical accuracy of sales quotations, guaranteeing precision and attention to detail
  • Manage non-contract projects through their entire lifecycle, coordinating installation and commissioning activities with ease
  • Maintain project tracking and ensure timely delivery, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple priorities with poise
  • Oversight of financial aspects and maintenance of profit margins, showcasing strong organizational abilities and self-motivation
  • Regular communication with customers, fostering strong relationships and delivering high-quality results
  • Coordinate installation and commissioning activities, ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime
  • Prepare site documentation and RAMS, adhering to industry standards and best practices
  • Attend project meetings for handovers, providing valuable insights and contributing to successful project outcomes
  • Ensure technical alignment with project deliverables, guaranteeing that all requirements are met and exceeded

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of LV switchgear or installation/modification experience, backed by relevant certifications or training
  • Proficient in reading engineering technical drawings, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities, capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented team player, dedicated to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and meet deadlines
