Key Role: Team Lead - Digital Marketing Agency

Job Description:

  • As a Team Lead for our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team members to enhance their skills and performance.

About You:

  • We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2 years of experience in team leadership and has a proven track record of success in the digital marketing industry.
  • You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices is essential, as well as proficiency in paid media, ads, and sales trends associated with online marketing.
