Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Team Lead to manage our Digital Marketing endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership abilities, and the capacity to drive results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of agency managers to achieve business objectives, managing KPIs, deliverables, and revenue targets, identifying opportunities to boost productivity and success, developing and coaching team members to ensure operational excellence, and motivating the team to drive optimum individual and team performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Experience in digital marketing agency environments, paid media, Ads, and sales of the latest trends associated with online marketing
