Project Energy Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Energy Engineer to join our team in Cork, Dublin or Carlow office. This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development with support from experienced mentors across various disciplines.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in environmental and civil engineering with strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills. They should also possess excellent collaboration and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with other members of the project team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to agreed quality standards with the client.
  • Plan and oversee CAD documentation for design work, collaborating closely with Project Engineers and Engineering Technicians.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and other professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance and Management Systems.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate work effectively with other members of the project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of post-graduate experience.
  • Consultancy experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience liaising with external stakeholders, clients, subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with Public Works Contracts is advantageous.
  • Flexible and collaborative team player.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Full driving licence required.
