The Graduate Experience

This is a one-year programme designed to equip you with the tools and skills necessary for a successful career in Civil Engineering. Delivered by a prestigious institution, our Graduate Development Programme will provide you with vital workplace skills, including commercial acumen, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support all technical processes and procedures
  • Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Setting out
  • Gather and analyse data for project planning, including environmental impact assessments, testing, and site surveys
  • Participate in site inspections and monitor construction activities
  • File site project documentation
  • Requisition materials
  • Quality control
  • Document control
  • Managing site records and deliveries
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
  • You hold (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards (2026 graduates) a Degree / Higher Diploma in Minimum of Level 7/8 degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • You possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • You're flexible and adaptable
  • You're IT literate, with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools
