Key Logistics Position

We're seeking a skilled and organized professional to oversee logistics operations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead delivery route optimization, customer satisfaction, and team coordination across the country.

  • Manage nationwide delivery operations for forward and reverse logistics
  • Resolve delivery challenges and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly operations for the logistics team
  • Monitor and improve goods flow for consistent service
  • Liaise with warehouse, transport, and accounts teams to optimize delivery schedules
  • Use ERP and route-planning software to track and report on logistics performance
  • Prepare accurate dispatch documents and daily run sheets for the warehouse team
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management
  • Proven track record in delivery scheduling, route optimization, or operations management
  • Strong IT skills, with ERP experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well across multiple departments
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven
  • Third-level qualification in business, logistics, or supply chain desired (but not essential)
