The Position Reporting to the Payroll Manager, we seek an Associate to work in the Payroll Outsourcing Services department.

This role involves providing payroll support to both the Cork office and the wider payroll department.

We have a dedicated outsourced payroll bureau that provides payroll service solutions to clients ranging from multinational companies to owner-managed businesses and public sector bodies.

A comprehensive training program will be provided to the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring timely completion of payroll tasks
  • Processing payroll information and issuing payslips
  • Responding to client queries and concerns
  • Filing of Revenue returns online ROS
  • Liaising with clients and Revenue Commissioners
  • Performing general administration duties

The successful candidate must be IPASS qualified or prepared to complete the IPASS course as part of their training contract. Proficiency in computerised payroll systems and Microsoft Excel is essential.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively to deadlines.

Prior experience in payroll would be beneficial.
