We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our organization as Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization in achieving its strategic objectives, representing its members at local, regional, and national levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver the strategic plan with the Board.
  • Maintain best-practice governance and financial transparency.
  • Drive business development plans to grow membership and diversify revenue streams.
  • Represent the organization with government, media, and industry bodies.
  • Oversee strategic marketing, communications, and public relations activity.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance culture among staff and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective management of the office, facilities, and regulatory compliance.
  • Report regularly to the Board on progress, finances, and operational performance.
