Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and maintaining web applications, as well as a deep understanding of crypto security principles.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to work on a high-impact product that utilizes cutting-edge technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.

  • Develop and maintain back-end systems using Java, Spring Boot, and SQL (PostgreSQL).
  • Build and maintain web application features, collaborating with front-end engineers as needed.
  • Work within two-week sprints, planning work in two-month blocks, with Program Increment (PI) planning before each cycle.
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
  • Participate in technical discussions, contribute ideas, and support junior team members.
  • Debug and resolve complex issues in a production environment.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, with familiarity in user story collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
