Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Product Manufacturing Manager to oversee the production of medical devices and combination products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, quality assurance, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of manufacturing professionals responsible for third-party manufacture contracts.
- Ensure high-quality products are manufactured in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Oversee logistics and supply chain management to support manufacturing agreements.
- Develop and implement financial operating plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and apply OPEX metrics to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure TPMs meet regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential disruptions to manufacturing processes.
- Foster a collaborative partnership with TPMs to ensure mutual understanding and commitment to quality and performance.
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with a focus on medical or electro-mechanical devices.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong technical and manufacturing assembly management experience.
- Proven ability to inclusively manage and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen and functional leadership experience.
