- Supporting individuals with their daily living plans and skills, including cooking, cleaning, laundry, attending appointments and family visits.">
- Providing education, skills development and achieving personal outcomes for service users.">
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, standards and codes of practice.">

- A full driving licence or willingness to achieve one is required.">
- A good attitude to work and a passion for supporting people.">
- Relevant life experience is desirable but not essential.">
- Assistant Support Workers require no formal qualifications (all necessary training will be provided).">
- Social Care Workers should hold a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline and be registered with CORU.">
Our organisation provides residential and supported living services to both children and adults with complex support needs. The working hours will involve a 7-day roster with shift work. This role offers fantastic development and career opportunities.
