The organisation requires a skilled site manager to oversee the daily operations of a commercial office space project in the South of the City near the canal. The building is currently watertight with internal work and external facade management still to be completed.
This role offers the chance to work closely with other management on site, focusing on safety, quality, and programme management. You will be responsible for managing subcontractors and utilising IT systems efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing large-scale builds, either commercial or residential projects. A flair for managing subcontractors and being competent with IT systems is essential. A trade or educational background is beneficial but not mandatory.
This short-term stopgap or long-term prospect offers competitive hourly rates as a PAYE or self-employed worker. The hourly rate could be up to €40.00 per hour or as high as €50.00 per hour, respectively. This equates to around €100,000 or €115,000+ per year, depending on standard working hours.
