As a Senior Manager in our Energy and Natural Resources division, you will play a critical leadership role in driving project delivery, business development, client relationship management, and team development.

You will work closely with senior management to identify key prospective Clients and develop a growth strategy on supporting these Clients with delivery of project portfolios.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ENR sector, including proposal development and client presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through quality of service delivery and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex projects/programmes.
  • Accountable for defining, developing, interfacing, and delivering complex multi-package projects safely, while managing time, budget, quality, and key performance indicators to ensure successful completion.
  • Take charge of executing the programme, successfully integrating multiple Contracts into a well-functioning, collaborative outcome.
  • Manage, coach, and inspire teams to ensure a high-quality service delivery.
  • Responsible for managing commission development including framework negotiations, commission set up, and financial control and reporting.
  • Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders, including government entities.
  • Take ownership on commercial and contractual matters, in close collaboration with commercial, procurement, and legal departments.
Qualifications
  • (MBA, MSc or equivalent) in Engineering discipline preferably with business or economic specialisation.
  • Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline.
  • 15+ years experience in management consulting or a combination of consulting and industry experience in the Energy and Natural Resources sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills at management and operational levels.
  • Deep knowledge of ENR sector dynamics, including regulatory frameworks, sustainability initiatives, and digital solutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in business development and account management.
  • Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
