Electrical Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will oversee electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning and Initiation: Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, assess their impact, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Budget, Resource, and Schedule Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and meet schedule deadlines.
- People Management: Lead cross-functional teams, foster a collaborative environment, and promote professional growth.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Project Closure: Ensure successful project closure, evaluate outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
- A Level 8 Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- PMP, PSCS, and electrical certifications are highly desirable.
- At least five years of experience in electrical engineering and project management, specifically in electrical projects.
A strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to drive business success across the organization.
