What You'll Do: Prospect and win new business through outbound sales activities, manage the complete sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships. Stay ahead of IT market trends and hiring insights by working closely with our recruitment consultants.

What We're Looking For: 1 year of experience in a KPI-driven sales environment (B2B, B2C, SDR/BDR) is essential. Confident phone-based sales skills, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills are also required. No prior IT or recruitment experience is necessary – we'll provide the training you need.
