Job Description:

We are seeking a Production Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support during all phases of the software development life cycle, including mapping customer requirements to MES functionality, investigating client issues, and translating customer process design specifications to Master Batch Records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support during all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Map customer requirements to MES functionality
  • Investigate client issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Translate customer process design specifications to Master Batch Records
  • Support validation activities of MES software projects
  • Organize and teach product workshops at customer sites

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT/Computer Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant field
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and larger groups
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams
  • Understanding of software project life cycle and experience in working with MES software
  • Ability to quickly learn MES software functionality and related configuration processes
  • Fluent in English and understanding of German is a plus
