Norwegian Language Customer Support Representative

Role Description
Technical Support SpecialistThis position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support and service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls and emails efficiently, providing first-level troubleshooting, and resolving customer issues across the product range.
- Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly
- Providing first-level technical support and escalating complex issues to senior colleagues as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions, including complaints and inquiries
- Communicating effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve their concerns and provide updates on investigations
- Managing and prioritizing group mailboxes to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
Requirements:
Key Skills and Qualifications- Hold a 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any discipline (preferably Science, Biomedical, Medical Transcription, Healthcare, Nursing, Engineering)
- Call center or administrative experience accepted, with fluency in Norwegian and English required
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or a customer-facing support role capable of handling technical complaints professionally
