About the Position

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards, designing and implementing operational procedures, and promoting continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to achieve departmental and hotel objectives.
  • Support the development of the team to meet their performance goals.
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards, including quality control, hygiene, and health & safety.
  • Supervise staff members to meet standards and objectives.
  • Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives to ensure correct deliveries and documentation.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and Irish whiskey, as well as a passion for Irish ingredients and local sourcing.
