Assistant Bar Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with management to ensure smooth bar operations.
  • Assist the bar manager in developing the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high standards and design SOPs for continuous improvement.
  • Train and supervise staff members to meet standards and objectives.
  • Delegate duties and tasks to employees to maximise resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a bar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and Irish whiskey.
  • Passion for Irish ingredients and local sourcing.
  • Solid understanding of bar food operations.
  • Calm under pressure with a sharp eye for detail.
