Lead Bar Team Member

  • We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bar Supervisor to lead our team in providing exceptional customer service.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an excellent experience every time they visit us.

You will be expected to manage a team of staff, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to your team, setting clear expectations and standards.
  2. Staff Management: Manage staff performance, provide feedback and coaching, and ensure that staff are trained and developed to meet the needs of the business.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  4. Task Management

  1. Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Ensure that the bar area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety standards.
  3. Monitor and control costs, ensuring that expenses are minimized and profits are maximized.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
