We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead significant business transformations across Europe.

This role involves leading and supporting the implementation of large-scale change initiatives, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change strategies aligned with project goals, including impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and tailored communication plans.
  • Engage key stakeholders, understand employee journeys, and address concerns through targeted strategies.
  • Create clear, engaging materials and deliver training to support local adoption and readiness.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance, including manager briefings and additional communications.
  • Monitor and report on change initiative effectiveness through structured tracking and stakeholder updates.
  • Audit and minimize risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business leaders to ensure successful implementation and provide support to project managers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working on M&A change activities is essential, preferably in Europe.
  • Proven track record in a change management role within a professional services firm or consultancy environment.
  • Exceptional levels of discretion, collaboration, and adaptability in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing and implementing communication plans.
  • Relevant change management certification is highly desirable.
