Job Description

The Executive Director of Marketing Strategy will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand presence, generate leads, and inform our end-to-end experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B technology marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across marketing disciplines and other teams to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans that align with commercial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and events.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams for alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
  • Evaluate and ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling, relevant, and high-quality content that supports marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years' experience in marketing, a portion of which will be in B2B technology company.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
