We are looking for a detail-focused individual to support our Procurement and Contracts Manager in maintaining robust processes around third-party vendor selection, onboarding, and oversight. As a key member of the centralised Procurement & Third Party Risk Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring best-in-class records and ongoing compliance.

This varied and dynamic role requires excellent organisational skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to maintain accurate procurement data across systems and trackers. You will also support internal teams in vendor contract monitoring and risk assessments, drafting correspondence, and coordinating updates with stakeholders.

In this exciting opportunity, you will assist in procurement policy reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for project-based tasks, ensuring adherence to key regulations and providing administrative support as needed.

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated or process-driven environment. Your strong communication skills and proactive mindset will enable you to manage multiple priorities effectively, work collaboratively within a team, and provide exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain and organise documentation related to procurement, contracts, and third-party risk assessments
  • Keep supplier records and procurement data accurate and up-to-date across systems and trackers

  • Assist with project-based tasks and ensure adherence to key regulations

A comfortable working knowledge of standard office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, while experience in procurement, compliance, or vendor management is highly desirable but not essential.
