Strategic Finance Integration Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Strategic Finance Integration Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes during and post-merger and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes during and post-merger and acquisition.
  • Work with private equity firms as they evaluate target firms for acquisition into their portfolios, focusing on both financial and commercial due diligence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
  • Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualified accountant with at least 1-2 years' post-qualified experience.
  • Project management and transaction services/project finance background.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
