Job Title: Strategic Finance Integration Manager

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join our growing business unit, focusing on strategic finance and ERP system integration.

We work with large global corporates, private equity managers, and SMEs that have been or continue to be target acquisitions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for financial systems and processes during and post-merger and acquisition.
  • Work closely with private equity firms as they evaluate target firms for acquisition into their portfolios, focusing on both financial and commercial due diligence.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial data and systems.
  • Identify potential integration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • A qualified accountant with at least 1-2 years of post-qualified experience in project management and/or transaction services/project finance.
  • Experience working directly within the M&A process and private equity space, providing services and assistance within the commercial due diligence but also strategic financial/ERP alignment and implementation phase.
