About the Role

This key position plays a crucial role in leading and supervising the efficient deployment of pharmacists within The Boots Company Plc, ensuring that stores have the best available professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective pharmacist resourcing strategies to minimize relief and locum pharmacy requirements.
  • Ensure succession planning for relief pharmacist recruitment and ownership of the relief pharmacist manpower plan.
  • Embed Performance Leadership principles to unlock legendary performance in team members and foster a rich stream of talent across the pharmacy department.

What You'll Need

  • A high level of professional expertise and excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Experience of completing, communicating, and facilitating mandatory training, as well as understanding and facilitating successful DP directed training.
  • Strong leadership behaviors, including seeking to understand first, giving more time to people and customers, being open to challenge, and prepared to change.
