Job Summary

The Senior Facilities Engineer is a key role within the site's Facilities Team, responsible for maintaining the West Dublin facility to the highest standard of cGMP.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with the Facilities Manager to achieve operational excellence.
  • To investigate and analyse facilities/maintenance issues, providing written reports with solutions and recommendations to the Facilities Manager.
  • To ensure HVAC, compressors, chilled water and site services are operating at the required cGMP standards.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment is necessary.
  • Additional Trades Qualifications are an advantage.
Favourable Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of plant systems, preferably in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry, is desirable.
  • Experience in the qualification, operation and maintenance of Grade C (or higher) cleanrooms is highly valued.
  • A working knowledge of AHU/HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, dryers and electrical systems is essential.
