At our manufacturing site in Dublin, we are seeking an exceptional Site Operations Director to lead our team.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Senior Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving strategic growth.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a manufacturing strategy that embraces new technologies, improves processes, and enhances manufacturing capability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of 450 direct and indirect reports, including Business Area Managers, in a 24/7 environment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Project Teams, and R&D to deliver strategic and annual operating plans.
  • Drive site performance against key KPIs: Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement.

You will have the opportunity to influence the strategic direction of our world-class manufacturing site and drive tangible results.

  • A high degree of motivation, strategic vision, and the ability to manage people and processes at the highest level.
  • A proven track record in leading manufacturing performance in a fast-moving, high-volume FMCG environment.
  • Exceptional management and coaching skills, experience managing diverse teams, and fostering collaboration.
