Operations Director

Our organization aims to create a better everyday for everyone. We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and enhance various services in Limerick.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams, possess strong client relationship and people management skills, and be able to develop commercially viable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure top-tier service delivery across various lines.
- Drive service excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain a safe, compliant environment and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee subcontractors for services like pest control and groundskeeping.
- Ensure robust financial performance and compliance with health, safety, and legislative standards.
- Work with support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and HR.
- Assist in developing business strategies aligned with client needs.
- Ensure consistent governance at each site.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing large sites with multi-disciplined teams.
- Strong client relationship and people management skills.
- Ability to develop commercially viable solutions.
- Capability to manage multiple workloads in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in financial and commercial information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
