Job Title: Operations Director
The Operations Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative systems to enhance productivity and maintain robust capacity.
- Coordinate organisational services including reception, security, ICT, maintenance, mail, record keeping, and archiving.
- Establish efficient cross-functional and inter-departmental collaboration systems.
- Oversee ICT and equipment management for both office and remote working environments.
- Implement effective mail and delivery management processes.
- Develop and maintain efficient office stock and supply order systems.
- Support third-party contract management with service providers.
- Contribute to data protection policy implementation.
- Manage office premises repairs and maintenance.
- Oversee office space rental matters and liaise with landlords.
- Ensure annual material archiving and organisation archive maintenance.
- Line manage the Office and Administrative Services Executive.
- Support Health and Safety policy implementation.
- Conduct new staff inductions.
- Contribute to the search for a new premises and the creation of a Dublin Youth Hub project.
