Job Title: Delivery Operations Director

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Operations Director to join our company and be part of a major transformation project.

The role involves managing the delivery of products/services to maximize their value and align with business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional squads and ensuring that they deliver high-quality results on time.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify product requirements, prioritize product backlog items, and ensure that development teams have all necessary resources to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and ownership of the delivery process
  • Monitoring squad performance and gathering feedback to inform improvements
  • Decision-making and prioritization based on data-driven insights
  • Resolving challenges and removing impediments through collaboration with Scrum Master and Product Owner
Requirements

10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years as Delivery Operations Director

Extensive experience in managing product backlogs and development teams

Track record of delivering complex projects through agile processes

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)

Background in Financial Services or Banking domain in Ireland or UK markets is an added advantage
