Key Responsibilities

You'll lead site operations, coordinate trades, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate site records. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Foreman/Site Manager is required, along with strong knowledge of construction methods and health & safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential, along with relevant trade qualifications or certifications. As a senior team member, you will be responsible for planning, executing and controlling construction projects. It is crucial that you possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as being proactive and flexible when dealing with unexpected challenges.
