Job Overview:

This role is a dynamic opportunity to support the eyecare portfolio through critical labeling and packaging updates. The position plays a key part in ensuring compliance and operational excellence across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global and carton labeling updates for eyecare products.
  • Collaborate with a team of Global Labeling Managers, each owning specific products and country portfolios.
  • Report directly to the Section Manager for Global Labeling Operations.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders including Regulatory Affairs, Global Supply Management, Packaging, and Brand Management.
  • Coordinate with packaging teams across global sister sites.
  • Operate primarily in a virtual environment, with meetings aligned to Irish time zones; occasional flexibility required for early/late calls.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years experience across pharmaceutical or medical device sectors (eyecare or combination products preferred), including Quality/Regulatory, Operations and Pharma/Device Regulations.
  • Proven ability to work across diverse cultures and complex matrix organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain implications in labeling, including non-compliance risks.
  • Familiarity with global standards and regulations governing Pharmaceutical, Device, and Combo Products, especially those affecting Packaging and Labeling Quality Systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-driven, and accurate in execution.
  • Skilled in project and stakeholder management.

Additional Details:

  • 12 month contract term.
  • Flexible working arrangement: 3 days per week on-site in Dublin 17.
